Omega-3 fatty acids are considered essential acids, necessary for
human health but which, very important , the body cannot produce them
naturally: they must provide through food, and my tip is to be so
careful and add them to your diet .
Omega-3 fatty acids reduce inflammation and decrease the risk of
developing cardiovascular disease, cancer and arthritis, that's an
awesome thing ! ;)

while most Omega 6 fatty acids accelerates inflammation.
