Why we really need Omega 3


Omega-3 fatty acids are considered essential acids, necessary for human health but which, very important , the body cannot produce them naturally: they must provide through food, and my tip is to be so careful and add them to your diet .

Omega-3 fatty acids reduce inflammation and decrease the risk of developing cardiovascular disease, cancer and arthritis, that's an awesome thing ! ;)

Omega-3 fatty acids are highly concentrated in the brain and appear to be essential for the proper development of cognitive processes ( brain and memory performance ) and behavioral function. So if you want to be smarter, eat food which contain Omega 3. If it were that simple .. 

It is very important for every person to have a balanced diet in Omega 3 and omega -6 . Omega-3 fatty acids help reduce inflammation, while most Omega 6 fatty acids accelerates inflammation.
